TOPSHOP AW10 CAMPAIGN

Topshop seems to have stepped up their game when it comes to the fashion radar. This AW10 is all about the country girl lost in the big city! Massive Aviator style trenches along with capes fit for a queen. Woolen socks, faux sheep skin lining- for some reason I am getting a sniff of Burberry, but I have to say this high street chain has got it all right this season. Lets brace ourselves within London’s fashion scene owning the streets with thick socks and lots and lots of leather!

MULBERRY.CO.UK HAS A NEW MAKEOVER!

London Fashion Week is around the corner and with everyone stocking up on the latest gear for fashion week, it looks like Mulberry have given their website a new makeover!

There’s a “new looks” section, which gives you an insight of how you can make the most of your Mulberry product and how to work the look at its best! Having a good browse of the site, it seems it’s much easier to navigate your way around and especially with the sexy new Autumn/Winter colour pallet, it really does make the experience pleasing to the eye!

TTTTTUUUUUNNNNNEEEEEE

I just HAD to put this up on my blog. Yes, it’s true, I am a major Eurovision whore. And this winning entry from Germany just makes me want to become a German! Absolutely amazing, and if you disagree, then you don’t know music if it hit you in the face! Bah.

LADY GAGA-SHOWSTUDIO LIVE

Today at 12.00 BST, fashion icon, pop phenomenon and award-winning artist, Lady Gaga was interviewed by SHOWstudio’s fashion director, Alexander Fury. Thousands of questions were sent in by friends, fans and celebs and only a handful got to make it through. It was such an inspirational interview but unfortunately, due to my hideous internet connection I couldn’t even watch the full interview. But thanks to Alexander Fury his true northern roots came to play and showed how much of a real trooper he is with his excellent typing skills and transcribed the full interview. You can read the full transcript here . But for now here’s some stills taken from the interview courtesy to Mediacation and a question asked by the Dior god himself, John Galliano.

If you were able to travel through time where would you go – backwards or forwards and why?
- Asked by John Galliano, Paris.

My first instinct is to say to go to the past, because I would love to experience and see all that has influenced and shaped my vocabulary. However, I will decline the past, I would say if I had to choose I would go to the future. The reason is quite selfish: because McQueen used to say, you must never look back, you must always be going forwards. I would go to the future – selfishly – to feed my work and make me a better artist, to create more forward-thinking, innovative, magical and poetic work, like he did.

P.I.M.P UP YOUR PHONE

I’ve been looking around for a phone case all over the place and I finally found the one that has my name written all over it! This Gorgeous Balenciaga case is not just simple yet has such attitude that it would even knock my own mother to the ground. Totally j’adore this, roll on payday!

MARC JACOBS GETS NECKID!

Just imagine it’s 9am, you’re squashed between sweaty armpits on the tube and your holding your Starbucks coffee for dear life. Then you suddenly look up and see the new Marc Jacobs ad for his brand new fragrance collection. Now what a sight that would be! I’m pretty sure many people out there would not be complaining, i mean, i certainly wasn’t! We all know that MJ isn’t a stranger to the odd strip or two and my god, I think he should just stay undressed for the rest of his life.
